Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please DO NOT return any items without contacting us first. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Custom products (such as customized / personalized items or special orders) cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns and refunds on used items or gift cards.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds and Shipping Costs

When returning an item for a full refund on the original payment method, customer is responsible for associated shipping costs unless product is defective. When returning an item for store credit or exchanging an item, shipping costs are complimentary of DogMomWorld.

Please remember incase of refund on the original payment method, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

International Returns

Please note that for International returns, customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs.

Wrong Address 

Please contact us immediately at if you need to update your shipping address. We will not be able to change your shipping address after 12hrs of the order.

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be charged for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).


Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us. You will be charged for reshipment costs to you or at an updated address (if and as applicable). 

Order Cancellation

Please contact us immediately (preferably within 12hrs of the order) at if you wish to cancel your order. If we have already started processing your order, then we cannot cancel your order.
